Last year's World Book Day. I guess Mrs. Morris forgot to dress up!

The children and staff will be celebrating World Book Day in style this year.

On Friday, 5th March we want everyone to dress up as a character from their favourite book!  Last year we saw some amazing characters but this year we want it to be even better.  So get thinking about who (or what!) you are going to come dressed as.

Pupils will also get to show off their costume to children’s author Tony Bradman (whose work includes the “Dilly the Dinosaur” series), who will be in school to talk to and work with the children all day, before signing books straight after school at the last evening of the book fair.

Be sure to visit the school book fair when it visits us from Tuesday 2ndto Friday 5th March. The fair will be open from 3.15pm to 3.45pm each day, in the art room (entrance via year 3&4 playground doors at the end of the day).

There will, as always, be lots of great new books to buy. Every book you buy helps the school to buy more books for everybody!
