Representatives from each class and the governing body are present at the monthly meetings, with year 6 pupils learning to take an active role in chairing meetings, writing agendas and compiling minutes. Representatives feedback to their classes, providing a link between the council and classes, and promoting community cohesion. Activities undertaken by our school councillors include spring flower planting, charity coin collecting and partnership events with other local schools. |
